Yesrerday I flew from Chiang Mai to Phuket and met up with my friend from home Jeff.
Phuket is quite the place ! People everywhere and bars everywhere and later in the evening there was lots of...shall we say gentlemen's entertainment options. We stayed by Patong Beach and it was pretty but extremely crowded !
Today we are flying to Ko Samui. Its supposed to be quieter and really nice. Right now we're waiting on standby in the airport , I've never done that before so we'll see how it works out !
Its a lot hotter here than it was in Chiang Mai. It'll be nice to do some swimming !
While we were in Patong we walked around and checked out the shops. We ate dinner at a neat restaurant that had live music. When we got there she was singing Desperado and the last three songs before we left were Shania songs and as we walked further down the street there was someone else singing a shania song lol !
We went to a place that was kind of decorated like the rainforest cafe and then to an Irish pub. After that we came across a bar called the hangover , I guess they're trying to capitalize on the movie !
Anywho so far so good !
